Six Figure YouTuber — By Application Only

For the aligned woman who is done shrinking her voice — and ready to build an empire around it.

A guided partnership for empowered feminine leaders building a YouTube-led business: strategy, authority infrastructure, and offer design, executed alongside you by Queen Wortham and the Creator Ventures team.

$10,000 initial investment. Financing available. Enrollment subject to application review. Results vary — no earnings are guaranteed.

The Founder

I built it from zero — on camera, with no audience and no permission.

I started with no subscribers, no team, and no template. What I had was a point of view and the willingness to publish before I felt ready. The first $1,000 took longer than I'd like to admit. Then the structure clicked: consistent publishing, a clear offer, and a site that could sell while I slept.

That sequence carried me to roughly $20,000 per month — not from a viral moment, but from a system. Six Figure YouTuber is that system, rebuilt into a guided program and paired with the operating team at Creator Ventures so you are not the strategist, the marketer, and the editor all at once.

This is not about performing confidence. It's about building an asset that reflects the woman you already are.

The Guided Program

Choose the depth of the build

Every term runs the same framework — the difference is how far we walk it with you. Weekly time with Queen Wortham is included in all three.

3 Months

Foundation Sprint

Launch or relaunch with a full 90-day content strategy, your authority site live inside 30 days, and one signature offer built and priced.

  • 90-day launch strategy
  • Authority site + automation
  • First offer built

6 Months

Momentum Build

Everything in Foundation, then two full quarters of publishing rhythm, offer iteration, and funnel refinement while subscriber growth compounds.

  • Two strategy quarters
  • Offer suite expansion
  • Funnel + email systems

1 Year

Empire Partnership

The full arc: scaling past $10K/month, team and delegation design, and an end-of-year decision point on how the partnership continues.

  • Full scaling roadmap
  • Team + delegation design
  • Year-one continuation choice

The Roadmap

Three stages. One deliberate climb.

Subscribers and income are tracked together, because an audience without an offer is a hobby — and an offer without an audience is a guess.

I

First $1K

Months 1–3 · 0 → first true fans

Positioning, publishing cadence, and one offer that converts a small audience. We prove the mechanism before we scale it.

  • Channel positioning locked
  • 90-day content calendar
  • First paid offer live
II

$1K – $10K

Months 3–7 · Compounding subscriber growth

Authority site and sales automation carry the selling. Offers get sharper, pricing rises, and the calendar starts working ahead of you.

  • Authority site + funnel
  • Email + nurture automation
  • Offer ladder introduced
III

Beyond $10K

Months 7–12 · Audience and income scale together

Scale what's working, delegate what isn't yours, and design the business so revenue is no longer tied to your hours on camera.

  • Paid + organic scaling
  • Team and delegation design
  • $10K → $100K+ trajectory

Stage timing is illustrative of the framework, not a projection of your results. Progress depends on your niche, consistency, and execution.

What's Included

Built with you, not handed to you

This is a working partnership. You bring the voice and the consistency; we bring the strategy, the infrastructure, and the accountability.

05

Strategy Sessions with Creator Ventures

Monthly or biweekly sessions with the business partner side of the table: numbers, systems, funnels, and scaling decisions.

The Difference

Two ways to build the same dream

Building solo

  • Guessing at positioning and rewriting it every few months
  • Publishing inconsistently, then blaming motivation
  • A site you keep meaning to finish
  • Offers priced from fear rather than value
  • No one reviewing your numbers with you
  • Growth that stalls the moment you get busy

Building with QW × Creator Ventures

  • Positioning defined once, then sharpened with data
  • A calendar and cadence you don't have to invent weekly
  • Authority site and automation live within 30 days
  • Offers designed, priced, and tested with a partner
  • Weekly and monthly reviews of what's actually working
  • Systems that keep selling through your busy seasons

Partnership & Revenue Share

Plainly stated, so nothing is a surprise

This is a partnership model, not a course purchase. Here is exactly how the share works across the first year.

Contract clarity

Why we share the upside

A revenue share means we only win meaningfully when your business does. It keeps us inside the work — reviewing offers, pricing, and margins — rather than handing over materials and stepping away.

Margins matter because revenue alone doesn't fund a life. We look at what it costs to deliver each offer, so growth increases what you actually keep instead of just increasing your workload.

All terms — share percentage, what counts as attributable revenue, term length, and how either party exits — are written into a signed agreement you review before any deposit. Nothing on this page replaces that agreement.

Program commitment

The $10,000 attributable new-revenue milestone

Our target in months 3–6 is at least $10,000 in attributable new revenue generated through the strategy, offers, and systems we build together.

If the milestone has not been reached by the end of month 6, you choose one of two paths:

01

Continue three more months

An additional 3 months at no additional program fee, with continued implementation support. Participants may be placed into an aligned cohort during the extension.

02

Request a 50% shortfall credit

A credit equal to 50% of the documented shortfall between attributable revenue and the $10,000 milestone.

$6K generated = $4K shortfall = $2K credit

You may waive the credit and use the final three months exclusively for continued support.

Disclaimer: This is not an unconditional earnings guarantee. Results vary and are not guaranteed. Eligibility is subject to participation, implementation milestones, and documented revenue, as defined solely in the signed program agreement. Nothing here is financial, legal, or tax advice, or a projection of your earnings.

The Process

How enrollment actually works

Three conversations, in order. No pressure calls, no same-day decisions.

01

Apply or book an evaluation call

A short application tells us where you are. If it looks like a fit, you'll be invited to an evaluation call with Queen Wortham to talk through your goals, niche, and readiness.

02

Second call with the business partner

You meet the Creator Ventures side: numbers, systems, offer economics, and the specific plan for your first 90 days. This is also where terms and the revenue share are walked through line by line.

03

Deposit and onboarding

Once the agreement is signed and the deposit is placed, onboarding begins immediately: strategy intake, site build kickoff, and your first weekly session scheduled.

Recording & Consent

Sessions are recorded so you can revisit them. Over time, we may adapt recorded material into a digital product or course version of this program. Where that happens, personal financial details and identifying client information are removed unless you give separate written permission. You'll confirm your consent preferences during onboarding, and you can decline recording use without affecting your place in the program.
